Letters of Recommendation and Resumes

What is a brag sheet?

A brag sheet can be a valuable tool to help keep students achievements, awards, volunteer service and activities organized throughout school.
It can be beneficial whether a student is applying for jobs, writing a cover letter, creating a resume, or asking for letters of recommendation, or filling out scholarship applications.

Many teachers and other staff will even require a brag sheet prior to writing a letter of recommendation. The sheet can be downloaded below.
It does not have to be 100% complete, and please only share information that you would be comfortable having someone discuss in a letter. Be mindful when filling out your brag sheet about how you want the reader of a letter of recommendation to perceive you and a writer to describe you.
